Milky Cakes and Sweets

Are you craving for sweets today?

I found this new store inside Gaisano Mall of Davao that serves sweets and delectable cakes. They say that sweets are proven to uplift your mood and make you feel happy. Well, you'll be smiling the whole time at Milky Cakes and Sweets.

LOCATION

 We visited their cake shop inside Gaisano Mall of Davao. They also have kiosks at SM Lanang Premier and SM City Davao. It's an open shop located at the ground floor, in front of Gaisano Mall Supermarket. They have brown and white wooden walls that look simple yet elegant. Their kiosks have the same colors and designs so you won't miss them if you are in the SM Malls.

DRINKS

CALLEBAUT BELGIAN HOT CHOCOLATE (P125) - Fresh hot milk and Callebaut brand chocolate served separately for you to mix. I like how they serve it. You have the freedom on how many chips you'll add in the milk.

MILKY WHITE CHOCOLATE (P135) - Smooth and milky with a hint of crunch from the sprinkles.  If you're not into coffee, this is the best option for you.

CAFE MILKY LATTE (P135) - An ice blended beverage of coffee and milk.

JAVA MILKY CHIPS (P135) - It's their own take on Java Chip Ice Blended beverage. 

MATCHA MILKY GREEN TEA (P150) - The matcha flavor is not too strong. You'll really appreciate this if you are a matcha fan.

ITALIAN DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE (Slice P130 / Petite P550 / Regular P850 / Grande P1150) - 3 layers of chocolate cake with a decadent chocolate top layer.

NUTELLA DREAM CAKE (Slice P130 / Petite P550 / Regular P850 / Grande P1150) - Decadent dark chocolate with Nutella! Yummy!

TRIPLE MATCHA MOUSSE (Slice P130) - Not too sweet. Tastes like ice cream! Smooth and melts in your mouth.

TRIPLE CHOCO MOUSSE (Slice P110) - Melts in your mouth too. Not too sweet.

MANGO MILLE CREPE (Slice P130) - Tastes like Mango Ice cream for me. Soft layers of crepe with cream and mango bits in between.

They have a wide array of cakes and pastries to choose from at the counter. You may also check their Menu board for drinks. Take note that most of their cakes are not too sweet. It's just enough to tease your palate which I really like.

SERVICE

The staff was accommodating and helpful. I have no complaints. The owner was also accommodating. She was able to tell us about how they started from selling cow's milk to owning a specialty bake shop. She mentioned that it's her first time to accommodate bloggers.
